Customer Service
Focus
- Listen effectively and communicate clearly.

- Ensure customer care (including Gilder Group staff)
Operational / Commercial Focus
- This position will report to the HR Advisors, and will involve support to the team (HR and Payroll).
- Supporting the team in launch of Group projects for example, Employee Satisfaction Surveys.
- Assisting with any recruitment administration.
- General administration,filing and maintaining employee records.
Business Focus
- Inconjunction with HR Advisors, help to provide HR function to ensure full and continued support across Gilder Group as and when necessary.

Personal Qualities
- Must be well organised, able to work to tight timescales and be good team player.
- Due to the nature of the Department - confidentiality is of high importance.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Display empathy and ethical behaviour, and have a calm/organised approach
- Customer orientation.
- Excellent PC skills using Word and Excel required.
Education
- Minimum achievement GCSE Maths and English (C grades) preferably to A'level standard
Experience
- The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills and previous experience of working in a personnel or HR environment preferred.
