• Answering all customer calls and enquiries at the front of house reception desk

• Meeter/Greeter and reception responsibilities

• Responsible for various administrative tasks
• Undetstanding of how the whole dealership fits together in order that all customers, sales service or parts are dealt with effectively
• Ensure customers walking into the site are dealt with effectively
• Answering all calls in a friendly professional manner.

• Able to take personal ownership of customer enquiries and ensure all customers either phone or walk in are handled by the appropriate department

• Sense of Humour, bubbly and enthusiastic with great telephone handling skills

Education

• Minimum GCSE standard
• IT skills
• Good command of the English language

Experience

• Experience of reception/switchboard etc would be beneficial but more importantly experience of dealing front of house with customer enquiries , complaints etc
• Administrative experience would also be useful
