Van Rental/Aftersales Admin

Customer Service Focus

  • To ensure good customer contact
  • To ensure customers needs are dealt with efficiently and promptly
  • To process all rental administration
  • To check all customers driving licences prior to rental
  • To process all payments
  • To ensure all vehicles are clean and roadworthy
  • To assist in aftersales administration duties

 

Operational / Commercial Focus

  • To ensure system and method in all administrative matter relating to aftersales
  • To ensure all clerical tasks within the service and rental depts are carried out in accordance with company policy
  • To maintain a systematic filing system
  • To provide efficient administrative support to the aftersales dept

 

Business Focus

  • Work with other areas of the business to improve retailer profit and customer care
  • Appreciate the impact of wider issues on the retailer and customer
  • Represent the Volkswagen brand

Personal Qualities

  • Efficient
  • A good team worker
  • Calm under pressure
  • To dress in a business like manner

 

Education

  • Education: GSCE Standard
  • Computer literate

 

Experience

  • Motor industry experience needed
