Focus
- Trade Parts Specialists (TPS) is part of a fast growing network serving the needs of local independent repairers by delivering an exceptional multi brand service including Audi, SEAT, Skoda, VW car and Commercial parts.
- We are based at Sheepbridge, Chesterfield
- A Sales Development Manager will maintain good relationships with existing customers and establish new sales contacts.
Operational / Commercial Focus
- Develop and grow the business to meet agreed sales targets.
- Selling promotional parts and promoting offers to achieve sales targets
- Process incoming parts orders accurately for delivery
Business Focus
- Cold calling customers and have the ability to sell to existing customers
- Have the ability to handle and resolve customer queries
- Gather and document information about the customer

Personal Qualities
- Possess excellent sales skills including customer greeting, qualifying, handling objections, product presentation, closing and delivery.
- A confident individual with a desire to succeed within a competitive and fast paced environment.
- You will need to be flexible, well organised, enthusiastic, well presnted and with IT systems skills
Education
- To GSCE level
- IT Skills with the ability to use systems and processes
Experience
- a knowledge of the parts business and an ability to interact at all levels
