Customer Service Focus

  • To deliver a presitige experience in terms of the luxury product within Volkswagen - specifically Toureg and Phaeton
  • To ensure all elements of the Sales Process are followed to the highest standard

 

Operational / Commercial Focus

  • To be the specialist and coach of luxury product for the Sales Team, ensuring the whole team has up to date product knowledge

 

Business Focus

  • To liaise with Volkswagen UK and manage all luxury car reporting

Education

 

Experience

  • Experienced in the sale of luxury/prestige product.
