- a. From being wholly responsible for all group buying ensure maximum profitability of the company Used Car Operation
- b. Ensure that the company, 100% of the time, has sufficient used car stock levels to meet its targets and objectives
- c. Be responsible for the control of cash flow, stocks and assets at a level agreed with the Holding Company Board of Directors ensuring profit requirements and satisfactory return on investment
Business Focus
- f. To develop a Gilders National Advertising Strategy
- g. To build and develop a strong relationship with manufacturers.
- h. To build and develop a relationship with auctions nationally.

Education
- To a reasonable standard including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
Experience
- a. Knowledge and experience of the retail motor industry at the highest level.
- b. Skills, experience and knowledge of modern business methods and controls.
- c. Experience of the Used Car side of the motor industry and all related transactions
