Customer Service Focus

• To ensure ongoing and regular customer contact, building solid and lasting relationships.
• To keep accurate and up to date customer database also to use the agreed method of logging all activity
• To prospect new customers within the agreed fleet size and promote GVL and all relating products using professional telephone selling techniques in order to achieve personal re-agreed targets.

Operational / Commercial Focus

• To inform potential and confirmed vehicle purchases of the availability and suitability of the various funding and warranty schemes whilst retaining profitability through funding.
• To operate in such a way as to maximise sales and returns to dealership from this function.

Business Focus

• To generate income from the placement of vehicles with customers using a variety of funding options.
• To seek greater margins from all deals through liaising with manufacturers and supplying dealers to maximize potential support
• To improve income by actively selling all add on products.
• To improve income by discussing the benefits of extended warranty with the customer
