Customer Service
Focus
- Picking of parts for customer orders from stock
- Take utmost care with customer supplied material
- Qualify customer requirements
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers
Operational / Commercial Focus
- Ensure all incoming goods are processed correctly
- Maintain the warehouse to a high standard at all times
- Ensure incoming parts are checked with regard to quantity, specification and condition against delivery/return notes
- Allocate parts correctly to stock or quarantine areas as per instructions on purchase orders
- To ensure goodsfor return to supplier are collated and correct paperwork is completed as necessary
- Report any stock damage or loss to senior parts person
Business Focus
- Contribute to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
- Ensure stock locations comply with Brand policies and procedures
- Assist with required stock checks
- prepare available old units for return to supplier
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Company policies and procedures
