Customer Service Focus

• Picking of parts for customer orders from stock
• Take utmost care with customer supplied material
• Qualify customer requirements
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers

Operational / Commercial Focus

• Ensure all incoming goods are processed correctly
• Maintain the warehouse to a high standard at all times
• Ensure incoming parts are checked with regard to quantity, specification and condition against delivery/return notes
• Allocate parts correctly to stock or quarantine areas as per instructions on purchase orders
• To ensure goodsfor return to supplier are collated and correct paperwork is completed as necessary
• Report any stock damage or loss to senior parts person

Business Focus

• Contribute to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
• Ensure stock locations comply with Brand policies and procedures
• Assist with required stock checks
• prepare available old units for return to supplier
