- Send marketing materials and letters to existing finance customers to advise/sell benefits of changing vehicles mid contract
- Project a professional image of the organisation through phone interaction
- Project a professional company image through phone interaction
Operational / Commercial Focus
- Outbound customer care calls
- Acquire and confirm customer details
- Establish enquiry status and acquire additional further information
- Create prospect customer records and establish contact
- Identify, research and handle customer queries and objections
Business Focus
- Maintain online database
- Record customer feedback and report information gathered to Sales Managers
- Transfer strong sales leads back to Sales Managers
- Maintain customer contact through online diary management system
