Customer Service
Focus
- To ensure the customers needs are dealt with promptly.
- To progess chase orders on a weekly basis and keep all customers up to date.
- To call customers to ensure that they are happy with the vehicle and service they have received.
Operational / Commercial Focus
- To ensure that all vehicle pricing matches prior to order and to uncover the reason for any possible discrepancies.
- To liaise with supplying dealers to ensure that the vehicle is delivered to the correct address at the correct time.
- To place orders with approved suppliers keeping accurate records at all times.
Business Focus
- To ensure that all paperwork is completed in full and where necessary that the customer is contacted to progress the order.
- To send all relevant paperwork to customers and ensure that this is all in place and copies are recorded.

Education
- Good standard of secondary education with minimum GCSE in maths and English.

Experience
- One year in a retail administrative function is desirable.
