Customer Service
Focus
- To manage all internet and telephone enquiries ensuring all customers are contacted within 24 hours of their initial contact.
- To establish and maintain a rapport with all potential customers that enhances their image of the company.
Operational / Commercial Focus
- To keep an accurate record of all external and internal correspondence and communication using the supplied IT software.
- To run credit checks on all customers and to refer refusals to the Operations Manager or back to the relevant field Sales Executive.
- To place and process all new vehicle orders ensuring that all information is recorded accurately.
Business Focus
- To have knowledge and understanding of all products and vehicles that Gilder Vehicle Leasing are offering.
- To have the ability to qualify customers, overcome objections and to close a sale.

Education
- Good standard of general secondary education.
- Minimum GCSE in maths and English.
- Good level of computer skills including experience of operating word processing and database packages.
Experience
- To have knowledge of and interest in vehicles from a variety of manufacturers.
- Proven track record in delivering customer service.
