  • Understand how the whole dealership system works together to ensure all customers are dealt with effectively
  • Responsibility for various administrative tasks
  • Use technology efficiently

 

Business Focus

  • Able to take ownership of customer enquiries and ensure all customers are handled by the correct department
  • Work with other areas of the business to improve retailer profit and customer care

  • Confident and customer friendly

Education

  • minimum good GCSE results
  • Good IT skills

 

Experience

  • Not essential but beneficial
  • Computer skills essential
