  • A school leaver is required to train as a telephone receptionist/administrator for our Chesterfield Audi branch based at Lockoford Lane.
  • Answer customer calls and enquiries at a front of house reception desk.
  • Ensure customers are directed to the correct department

 

Operational / Commercial Focus

  • Various administration tasks
  • Ensure customers walking into the site are welcomed
  • Understand how the whole dealership works
  • Direct telephone calls correctly and efficiently

 

Business Focus

  • Filing skills essential
  • Computer literate
  • Numeracy skills
  • Good telephone speaking manner

  • Confident and customer friendly
