Warranty Administrator
Key competencies Essential Recruitment Criteria

Customer Service Focus

  • To create customer confidence in the company through an efficient and professional approach.
  • To document all warranty work as per manufacturers requirements and company policy.
  • Approach each situation with the desire to deliver, listen effectively and communicate clearly.

 

Operational / Commercial Focus

  • Ensure maintenance of customer records and follow up systems.
  • Supporting the Service Advisors with invoicing and obtaining authorization through 'One Link'
  • Dealing with Customer Care and extended Warranty Claims.

 

Business Focus

  • To document all warranty work as per the manufacturers requirements and dealership policy

Personal Qualities

  • Good attention to detail and methodical in approach.
  • Customer focused
  • A team player
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure

 

Education

  • Specific qualifications not essential

 

Experience

  • Experience in the motor industry preferred
