Customer Service
Focus
- Able to provide the customer with estimates for damaged vehicles according to company policy.
- Have an ability to answer customer queries regarding technical problems in a manner that is easily understood.
- Notify customers promptly of completion of work.
- Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and all customer complaints to be brought to the attention of the Body Shop Manager.
- Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
Operational / Commercial Focus
- Maintain a presence at the reception desk ensuring that all customer queries are dealt with immediately.
- Maintain job documentation, customer records and follow up systems.
- Maintain effective liaison with parts, workshop and sales teams.
- Follow correct procedure when issuing loan cars to customers.
- Promptly prepare and present invoices following completion of work ensuring all work has been carried out as detailed in the original estimate.
Business Focus
- To discuss estimate figures with insurance engineers.
- To help the Paint & Body Centre and retailer to achieve industry leading standards of process efficiency.

Personal Qualities
- Have an ability to deal with people calmly and efficiently.
- Maintain effective teamwork by liaising with parts, workshop and sales teams.
- Accuracy essential.
- Smart appearance.
- Full driving licence essential.
Education
- High standard of general education.
Experience
- Experience within the motor trade and computer literacy an advantage but training will be given
