Key competencies Essential Recruitment Criteria

Customer Service Focus

  • * Answering all customer calls and enquiries at the front of house reception desk
  • * Ensuring customers are directed to the correct department
  • * Customer facing skills are essential
  • * Meeter/Greeter responsibilties

 

Operational / Commercial Focus

  • * Responsible for various administration tasks
  • * Ensure that customers walking into the site are welcomed and dealt with efficiently
  • * Understanding how the whole dealership fits together in order that all customers, sales, service or parts are dealt with effectively

 

Business Focus

  • * Able to interact with all levels of business
  • * Able to take personal ownership of customer enquiries and ensure all customers either phone or walk in are handled by the appropriate dept

Personal Qualities

  • * Confident and exceptionally customer friendly, should have good interpersonal skills
  • * Happy to use own initiative and take ownership of customer enquiries
  • * Patience and resilience
  • * Sense of humour and enthusiasm
  • * Good telephone skills

 

Education

  • * To a reasonable standard
  • * Computer skills essential
