Customer Service
Focus
- To develop integrated sales and aftersales solutions for local business customers/clients, maximising the business potential within the area of influence
- Establish contact and build rapport with potential customers to increase penetration of vehicle, parts and service business
- Qualify customers to identify individual and organisational needs
Operational / Commercial Focus
- To identify the potential local business and corporate sales within the Audi Centre area of influence utilising data and reports from internal and external sources
- Develop relationships and suitable activity with professional bodies e.g Chamber of Commerce
- Maintain and develop long term relationships with all existing and potential customers from existing database and prospecting
Business Focus
- Write and present professional business proposals
- Develop the sale of appropriate Finance and Insurance packages to customers.
- Work closely with Audi Centre Sales Manager in terms of targets, reporting and documentation.

Personal Qualities
- Customer Focused
- Sales and customer orientated eg wants to meet and exceed customer expectation
- Good influencing and negotiation skills
- Self motivated and driven to achieve
- Good attention to detail and thorough organisational skills
Education
- Minimum GCSE in Maths and English
- NVQ level 2 in vehicle selling preferred
Experience
- Knowledge and experience of the motor industry
- Experience of variety of IT applications
- Technical knowledge such that specific vehicles can be recommended for specific customer needs
- Ideally but not essential knowledge of the fleet sales market and procedures
- Up to date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices
